In this immersive full day experience we will dive deep into the healing power of the voice. This is so much more than singing! This is about opening our channels of energy, removing blockages, and finally being able to access our creativity and allow it to be fully expressed without limitation. 

Have you ever felt as though your throat is becoming tight when you need to speak? Or feel that rush of heat and butterflies when you're desperate to share whats on your mind, and still can't open your mouth? Or perhaps you just want to go deeper into the well of magic that exists inside of you? Then this day retreat is perfect for you in this moment.

We will come together as sisters in love, trust, and balance. We will gently peel back the layers of our beings, open our hearts, look into ourselves and, with tender love and care, hold ourselves and each other. We will delve into our souls, open our chakras, clear the way for that burning, stirring, life force to bloom upwards and emerge from us as was intended. We will softly, step into our power and reclaim our voices.

This is not a regular voice activation... this is a journey. No two sessions are the same. No two groups are the same. No two women are the same. Let us ignite our furnace and get the creative fire to warm us back into our fullest expression again.

We will learn how to use, care for, and open our voices. These powerful tools in our throats hold so much more healing potential than we can possibly fathom. On this day we will begin to harness this power, to learn how to tap into it with exercises and journeys. We will meditate, move our bodies, shift our minds, and unwind.

This will be supported by the motherly, heart opening love of medicinal cacao and of course an enriching sound bath for integration. Support will be ongoing once the day is complete - this is not a stand alone session - it is a beginning.

We are gathering in a special new venue in the nature in a wood fired Strawbale Cabin and Yurt in Hertfordshire. Detailed instructions on how to arrive by car/public transport will be emailed out to everyone.
