This gentle, deeply nourishing 1.5hr class is a time to unwind, connect to your body, mind, and spirit, and realign your entire being. The sounds used are ancient, ancestral sounds which retune the nervous system, help us to release stuck energy, and promote regeneration of healthy tissues and DNA. Yin yoga is a slow paced, floor based, session which deeply releases tension from the connective tissues and fascia allowing the body to become soft, release stress and anxiety, and find peaceful relaxation.
