This is an hour in which I will be sending Powerful Reiki Healing to those who wish to receive.

Reiki Healing is a proven medicine and tonic for the body, mind, and spirit. It is proven to alleviate pain, reduce stress, induce states of higher consciousness, aid healing disease and illness, reduce anxiety and depression, and increase a general sense of well-being.

The great thing is that nothing is required from you! It's always best if you are able to be in a meditative state during the session but this is not essential as you will receive the healing at the time your body is most correctly aligned and positioned to receive it.
